Salon Cancellation Policy:
At B.Hair, we value our clients' time and commitment to their appointments. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Reminders:
Our reminder text messages are sent out 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to make any necessary adjustments to your schedule.
Notice Requirement:
We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. The more notice we have, the better we can accommodate other clients.
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the total services booked.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. In severe weather situations cancellation fees do not apply.
