Hello beautiful! Welcome to B.HAIR, I am Drea Boland co-owner and stylist. My brother, Thad and I started B.HAIR in 2021 and are proudly serving Bucks County, Pa.
As a small business owner I know how hard it is to set aside the time for a self care moment. That’s why I have designed my salon suite experience that will allow you to relax during your appointment and leave feeling uplifted and ready to take on the day!
I have been a stylist since 2007 and love my craft and the connections I get to make with people. I specialize in custom color & blonding and take great pride in staying current in what is trending and advanced education.
While most stylists offer great services, I look at my role as your stylist a little differently. I like to collaborate with my guests to create color, haircut & style unique to them and their lifestyle. I never want you to feel bored or stuck in a routine. I’ll be checking in with you so we can address any changes or challenges we may be having.
Some things I enjoy when I’m not in the salon-
I’m always looking out for great recipes to try out, whether it's a decadent homemade meal, healthy meal prep or delicious cookies or cakes. I love to feed family & friends.
I love to travel. Warmer months I channel my inner mermaid and run off to the Rehoboth beach area as much as possible- ask me for insider's tips to help protect hair from the sun & ocean. But I’m constantly adding a new place to explore on my growing list of Places to Visit.
I strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy going for a ride on my Peloton bike or streaming one of their strength training classes. Sometimes I even attempt the yoga classes.
To unwind I love curling up with a good book or binging a show, new or old. Let’s chat about our newest obsession.

Hello and welcome to B.HAIR!
I’m Thaddeus Boland, co-owner and stylist, and I’ve been in the hair industry since 2009. My passion for working with my hands has always driven me, and hairstyling is one of the many creative outlets where I get to bring that passion to life. Where I love working with long hair, I truly specialize in short haircuts and color for both men and women, along with grey blending and natural highlights designed specifically for short hair.
At B.HAIR, I want every client to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and excited about their look. My approach is all about collaboration—I take the time to understand your style, lifestyle, and hair goals so we can create a look that truly suits you. Whether you’re after a bold transformation or a subtle refresh, I’m here to make sure you walk out feeling your best.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me spending time with my amazing wife, Rachael, and our two dogs, Katara and Loki. I love being outdoors, whether it’s camping or playing disc golf, and I have a deep love for cooking and BBQ—nothing beats a day spent smoking up something delicious. My creative side also extends beyond hair—I’m always working on cars, home projects, furniture builds, or whatever else my ADHD-fueled curiosity leads me to next!
